The project will offer a total of 21 residential units in layouts from 1+kt to 5+kt. Each apartment will have a cellar and several units will be equipped with a balcony, terrace or front garden. A parking space in the building worth CZK 5 million is not included in the purchase price of the unit. The space can be added to the 4+kk and 5+kk units.
