We offer for sale 100% of the commercial share of a perfectly restored Baroque-Classicist castle, within 35 kilometres of the Prague ring road.
The first building on the site was mentioned in 1318. Reconstruction into a Baroque chateau took place in 1729, another neoclassical reconstruction in 1873 and the last reconstruction in 2005-2009. The castle is ready for private housing and company headquarters. The mansion has four bathrooms, a stair hall and 17 rooms. The interior floor plans have been returned to their original state (1729). There are no corridors and one can walk freely from one room to another. The arrangement of the rooms has a logical continuity according to use. The enfilade has been restored on the 2nd floor.
In addition to the castle, the property also includes an adjacent building divided into two parts. In the first part, measuring 470 sqm, there are two perfectly renovated apartment units equipped in the same style as the main castle building. On the ground floor there is a technical bathroom and four rooms with vaulted ceilings. In the second part of the building (which is 480 sqm) there are currently facilities for the operation of the castle. This second part originally served as a hall with a balcony and a stage. In the future, this original purpose could easily be put back into operation and the social spaces could be expanded with outdoor seating. In total, the property has 30 rooms.
The three and a half hectare park with two ponds is adorned with mature chestnuts, lindens, maples, pines, yews, ash trees, birches, cedars, sycamores, willows, acacias, oaks, beeches, cedars, alders, boxwoods, rhododendrons, ginkgo biloba and zerav giant.
