The concept of the Albeřice Apartments project comes from the MORIX studio of the Pizinger family. In cooperation with the developer and his design office Kompozitura, a new stylish apartment living in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains is being created.
The Albeřice apartments are designed in the spirit of the most beautiful, modern mountain cottages in a luxuriously traditional style. Their architectural design and construction will satisfy demanding people interested in comfortable and unique second mountain living within easy reach of the main centres, but far from the noisy crowd.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
The advantage of the apartments is not only the quality modern concept of the building, but also the abundant use of wooden components typical for the mountains. In addition to authentic natural materials, the interior atmosphere of the apartments is also created by massive glazing, which adds an intimate connection with the surrounding nature and the silence of the picturesque Maršov valley.

The layouts are offered in variants from 1+kt to 3+kt (48 sqm - 146 sqm). Each apartment has its own terrace, the ground floor ones also have their own front garden. The generous living rooms are glazed with access to the terraces, there are also cozy bedrooms, designer bathrooms with windows, practical dressing rooms and additional storage spaces.
Future owners will be pleased with the high standards of the interior design in purely natural materials, with abundant use of glass and wood in the rooms and bathrooms. In the pantries or built-in wardrobes, the supply for washing machines and dryers is remembered. After returning home from the countryside, sitting by the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the meadows and forests lining the valley is sure to be pleasant. Until the completion of the rough construction it will be possible to choose from standard and above standard.
Superior equipment
The apartments have their own covered parking space and secure brick storage for bicycles and other sports equipment. The house also has a ski room with lockable boxes for each of the apartments. The house will be heated by a heat pump, heat distribution is by underfloor heating. The large-format windows will be equipped with aluminium roller shutters.
