Developer company REALACTIVA a.s. selected the general supplier for the construction of the residential part of the MOLO Lipno Resort complex. Chosen, as one of the largest construction companies, is STRABAG a.s., which undertook the construction site from the investor MOLO Lipno Residence s.r.o. OM Consulting is responsible for the construction, the complete project management of all construction work in the framework and the investment is exceeding CZK 1.7 billion on a plot of 24,000 square meters. The handover of flats to the new owners is planned for the 3Q and 4Q of 2021.
Within the construction of the MOLO Lipno Resort, the excavation of the foundation pit has already been completed by the APB Plzeň company. The STRABAG company will ensure the pile foundation of the building and subsequently the construction of the whole building, which is based on a combination of reinforced concrete and masonry structural elements, as well as the construction of the whole new square (plaza) of the village which is located between the residential and hotel part of the resort.

It was necessary to have enough construction workers and professional representatives. MOLO Lipno Resort is located in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou right on the shore of the lake. It includes a promenade with shops and cafes, a five-star hotel with a wellness & spa and a central square that will create a new village center. The uniqueness of the resort will become the longest wooden pier in Central Europe of 150 meters with a lookout restaurant and a heated lake swimming pool floating on the Lipno surface. Apartment houses with the private garden will offer a total of 79 luxury apartments and spacious attic apartments in energy class B. All units will have balconies, wooden terraces or front gardens. Most of the apartments offer air conditioning and a sauna as standard. Of course, there are cellar units and parking spaces adapted for sports and SUV cars.
The MOLO Lipno Resort project is financed by the DYNAMIKA qualified investors fund, a member of the INVESTIKA group. Luxent – Exclusive Properties sells luxury flats and apartments.
