The houses are connected to the municipal water and sewerage system. Rainwater retention tank has a capacity of 5 m3. The facade consists of a lining of brushed spruce with a special treatment of the highest quality OSMO stress varnish with a long-term durability (5-7 years depending on the orientation of the walls).
