The complex also includes a spacious reception building and technical facilities for guests. You will find a pleasant restaurant or a rental shop for mountain bikes, ski and cross-country skiing equipment. There are also cellars and a ski storage room. There is also a large golf course on site, which is available to guests.
The chalets are located next to the Bavarian Forest National Park, which offers numerous leisure activities throughout the year. As part of the purchase of your new investment property, a long-term management contract is also included. This offers future owners an exceptional opportunity to purchase an investment cottage and use it themselves as a holiday home for up to six weeks of the year. The Bavarian Forest National Park is considered one of the most beautiful hiking and cycling areas in Europe. Well-marked hiking trails with a total length of 320 km offer the opportunity to explore the national park on foot or discover the landscape by bike. By dividing the well-marked cycle paths into levels of difficulty, there is something for everyone. The Bavarian Forest National Park is also home to numerous ski areas - the largest of which is the Großer Arber ski area. In addition to the slopes, the region offers a total of 90 km of cross-country skiing trails. If you prefer to stay warm during the winter months, the region's thermal baths are just the thing for you.
