About the project
The unique house from 1912, located at a prestigious address in Prague-Vinohrady, is currently undergoing a complete renovation that carefully preserves and restores all the original craftsmanship details while combining them with contemporary interior design according to the latest standards. This house, built according to the plans of the builder Josef Rokos for the builder Alois Kaštík in the historicist style, is characterized by the romantic articulation of the street facade combined with Art Nouveau elements.
The developer's ambition is to sensitively reconstruct the house, preserving all the details in their period design, to offer future owners modern living associated with an immediate touch of history at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries in one of Prague's most beautiful districts.

LOCATION
The Bavarian Forest National Park is considered one of the most beautiful hiking and cycling areas in Europe. Well-marked hiking trails with a total length of 320 km offer the opportunity to explore the national park on foot or discover the landscape by bike. Thanks to the well-marked cycle paths of all levels of difficulty, there is something for everyone. The Bavarian Forest National Park is also home to numerous ski areas - the largest of which is the Großer Arber ski area. In addition to the slopes, the region offers a total of 90 km of cross-country skiing trails. If you prefer to stay warm during the winter months, the region's thermal baths are just right for you.
