Demolition of the original building has been completed. Historically the building served as a school, during socialism it was a military company. After the revolution it was only partly used by the Police of the Czech Republic. The state was not interested in the property and so the building passed into private hands. The owner set up accommodation of a more modest nature. Now a completely new era is dawning. The Laka Living project is coming to fruition.
